Lakshman is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Building Engineer, Qualified Civil Engineering Surveyor, Project Management Professional, Qualified Paralegal and a Master Class Contract Administrator. He holds fellowships from RICS, CABE, CICES and IOP. Lakshman has over 35 years wide ranging experience in Quantity surveying, Contract administration, Project management, Commercial management and Site superintendence on building, civil engineering and infrastructure construction gained from major international contracting and consultancy companies established in Middle East, South East and Far East Asia.
ADVISOR
Donald is an expert Quantity Surveyor, Contract Specialist, Commercial Manager and Dispute Resolution Practitioner and possesses over 40 years of international experience. He has provided his services to developers, clients, consultants and contractors and worked in the UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East Asia and Australia on a wide range of building, civil engineering, infrastructure services and property development projects.
QS CONSULTANT
Aravinda received his initial professional development in the field of civil engineering technology and later switched to quantity surveying and contract administration. He has over 35 years wide spectrum of experience in the construction and property sector in Sri Lanka and Middle East. He remotely leads our business’ tender management portfolio attending tender documentation including preparation of BOQs and subsequent calling tenders and evaluations of tenders to facilitate clients for contract procurements.
QS CONSULTANT
Prasanna is an Incorporated Engineer and a civil engineering graduate. He holds an alternative designation of chartered professional manager along with his MBA. He posses over 20 years of experience in the industry and has exposure to both project management and commercial management disciplines. Prasanna is well versed in all Pre-Contract and Post-Contract aspects of Quantity Surveying and plays an anchor role for our overseas team of Quantity Surveyors.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Tharindu helps our clients transform their business strategies into high quality products through leveraging his knowledge and expertise. He is a strong believer in passion being a driving factor in powering ideas forward.
In 2012, he pursued undergraduate studies in Malaysia and moved to Kuching, the capital city of Sarawak situated on the Northwestern Island of Borneo. Whilst studying he gained knowledge in core disciplines of project development and quantity surveying as a part-time Technical consultant of our company. Graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Computer Science at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia and holds professional membership of the British Computer Society.
He has since developed and deployed several Django Web Applications implementing e-commerce and payments solutions for clients in Dubai. Built a FinTech product focused on real estate crowdfunding. He now heads our technology arm ‘FLOW’ and is currently involved in the development and sales of SaaS products focused on business management solutions.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Bhanuka is a qualified Landscape Architect graduated from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He has a passion for designing, a proficiency he developed since his school days. In addition to competencies in his own field of landscape design, Bhanuka has a grasp on interior design, graphic design, 3D visual design and artwork design for various commercial products. He also possesses hands on experience in making models for buildings and other structures. Bhanuka has worked as a professional freelance practitioner in this field for a period of five years undertaking various landscape and other design assignments from Sri Lanka, Middle East, Europe, Australia, Canada and USA and established his own private practice firm that affiliated with our design division. Bhanuka is a member of Sri Lanka Institute of Landscape Architects.
